La exclusión definitiva del servicio en fila por invalidez o incapacidad absoluta, la prescribirán solamente los Oficiales de Sanidad, cuyo dictamen prevalecerá sobre cualquier otro certificado médico. Sin embargo, cuando sean presentados dos certificados acordes expedidos por médicos graduados no oficiales y que se refieran a enfermedades de órganos de los sentidos u otras que exijan exámenes de laboratorio podrá determinarse lo conveniente de acuerdo con el Comandante del Distrito.
