Cuando las circunstancias del Fisco lo permitan, el Gobierno Nacional hará construir los bustos en bronce de Petion y Brion , los que se colocaran, en Bogotá el primero, y en Cartagena el segundo.

Autorizase al Ejecutivo para abrir el crédito administrativo respectivo.
