Solidaridad y subsidiariedad . Conforme lo señala el artículo 13 de la Ley 1066 de 2006 o norma que la modifique o sustituya, en materia aduanera se aplicará sobre el monto total de las obligaciones la solidaridad y subsidiaridad, en la forma establecida en el Estatuto Tributario. La vinculación se hará conforme con el procedimiento señalado en el Título VIII del Libro Quinto de dicho ordenamiento y demás normas que lo adicionen y complementen.
