Además de los deberes hasta aquí desarrollados, existen otras disposiciones que imponen prohibiciones y limitaciones a los administradores. La mayoría de estas no aplica en el caso de las Sociedades por Acciones Simplificadas, por disposición del artículo 38 de la Ley 1258 de 20083.
