Citación para la aplicación de las pruebas. Los aspirantes deben ser citados con fecha, hora y lugar para presentar las pruebas de conocimientos específicos y pedagógicos, y la prueba psicotécnica. Es competencia de la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil (CNSC) o la entidad encargada para la aplicación de las pruebas realizar la citación con una antelación de mínimo diez (10) días calendario.
