º Los saldos de las deudas pendientes procedentes de servicios prestados con anterioridad al presente Decreto, serán pagados por las respectivas dependencias del Gobierno, con cargo a las apropiaciones vigentes o a las que se hagan con posterioridad, sin sujeción a las normas del presente Decreto, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que dicte la Contraloría General de la República.
