Artículo séptimo. Las infracciones a las disposiciones sobre sanidad portuaria podrán sancionarse, de conformidad con el articulo 4° del Decreto-ley número 1795 de 1950, con el sacrificio de animales, sin derecho a indemnización; multas sucesivas hasta de $ 5.000.00, pena de arresto hasta por 60 días y demás sanciones contempladas en la disposición citada, que se impondrán por los procedimientos previstos en el Código Penal Militar.
