° Los choferes al servicio de la Instrucción Criminal tendrán derecho a viáticos cuando acompañen en comisión oficial a los funcionarios de Instrucción Criminal. Dichos viáticos serán hasta de cien pesos ($ 100.00) diarios y los autorizarán y reconocerán, mediante resolución los Directores Nacionales o Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal, según el caso.
