Cuando ninguno, de los candidatos hubiere obtenido la mayoría requerida, la votación se repetirá, contrayéndola exclusivamente a los dos candidatos que hubieren obtenido mayor número parcial de votos en él escrutinio anterior. En esta votación los votos en blanco se computarán a favor del individuo que obtuviere mayor número de votos corrientes. Si la votación contraída a dos personas resultare empatada, decidirá la suerte.
