El Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria podrá adjudicar las tierras que adquiera o los baldíos que administra, a campesinos de escasos recursos, en propiedad individual o en comunidad. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el Capítulo 8o. de esta Ley. También podrá adjudicarlos a empresas comunitarias constituídas con arreglo a esta Ley.

Tanto las adjudicaciones en comunidad como las que se hagan a empresas comunitarias, estarán sujetas a las prescripciones de los artículos 51, 52, 53 y 81 de la Ley 135 de 1961, y demás disposiciones concordantes.
