Recibido el proceso en el Tribunal Nacional Etico de Terapia Respiratoria será repartido y el magistrado oponente dispondrá de treinta días hábiles, contados a partir de la fecha de entrada a su despacho para presentar el proyecto, y el tribunal de otros 30 días hábiles para decidir.
