Gastos -. Además de los requisitos establecidos en las normas vigentes la formulación del proyecto productivo deberá contener el presupuesto para sufragar los gastos de los trámites que se generen del levantamiento topográfico, definición de parcelas, áreas y linderos y demás que se deban acreditar para la transferencia del bien, cuando esta se realice bajo la modalidad de titulación individual. De igual forma, los gastos que se generen por concepto de contribuciones, tasas o impuestos derivadas del proceso de transferencia en cualquiera de sus modalidades estarán a cargo a los beneficiarios.
