Funciones de la Instancia de Gobierno Propio y/o Gobernanza.

Esta Instancia de gobierno propio y/o gobernanza tendrá entre sus funciones:

Parágrafo

Cuando la Institución de Educación Superior se encuentre ubicado en dos o más departamentos, los gobernadores de estos elegirán un representante conforme lo establezca la reglamentación que para el efecto expida la instancia de gobierno propio y/o gobernanza de la institución de educación superior.
