Modifíquese el inciso primero del artículo 7° del Decreto 2753 de 1997, el cual quedará así: “Las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud cuyo patrimonio exceda de 200 salarios mínimos legales mensuales, y que presten los servicios de urgencias, hospitalización o cirugía en cualquier grado de complejidad deberán establecer un sistema de costos y facturación, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 100 de 1993”.
