Hecho el cómputo de los votos válidos, y antes de conformar el registro de que trata artículo 137, la Junta declarará electos diputados principales y suplentes a los individuos que con estas calidades hayan obtenido el mayor número de votos, de acuerdo con los dispuesto en el artículo 111. Antes de levantarse la sesión habrán debido extenderse las comunicaciones de los nombramientos, firmadas por el Presidente y el Secretario de la corporación.
