Art. 1.° La pension que por la lei 23 de 16 de abril de 1877 se concedió a la viuda e hijos del finado Jeneral Secundino Álvarez M., se dividirá en lo sucesivo del modo siguiente: la viuda, señora Olimpia Sálas de Álvarez, gozará de una pensión mensual de cuarenta pesos de lei ($ 40); i los menores Secundino, Mercedes, Olimpia, Francisco, José de Jesús i Ana María Álvarez, hijos del mencionado Jeneral Álvarez M., gozarán cada uno de una pensión mensual de diez pesos ($ 10).
