amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 204 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 204. Quien repare un vehículo en la vía pública, parque o acera, o el que en caso de emergencia no cumpla con lo dispuesto en el artículo 143, incurrirá en multa equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos. Quien cambie de motor, chasis o regrabe sus números sin autorización, incurrirá en multa equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos.
