° . Características del subsidio. El subsidio de que trata el presente decreto tiene las siguientes características: Es un crédito personal no reembolsable, en tanto no se presente alguno de los casos referidos en el artículo 13 del presente decreto. Es equivalente entre el 5% y 10% del valor del subsidio para adjudicación de tierras, establecido en el artículo 20 de la Ley 160 de 1994. Se otorgará por una sola vez. Es intransferible, con excepción de aquellos casos que determine la Junta Directiva del Incora.
