Salvo los casos en que la impugnación deba hacerse en estrados, los recursos podrán interponerse por quien tenga interés jurídico, desde la fecha en que se haya proferido la providencia, hasta cuando hayan transcurrido tres (3) días contados a partir de la última notificación.
