°. Aprobación y ejecución de nuevos planes de premios . Antes del 15 de octubre de 2004, los órganos directivos competentes deberán aprobar los planes de premios con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto. Dichos planes se ejecutarán a partir del 1° de enero de 2005.
