º. Naturaleza La Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Santa Marta Ltda. Telesantamarta., es una sociedad entre entidades públicas, sometida al régimen de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado, perteneciente al orden nacional y vinculada al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, que se organizó de conformidad con el Decreto Ley 130 de 1976, el Contrato de Constitución protocolizado con la Escritura Pública No. 2.078 de Noviembre 2 de 1984, otorgada en la Notaría Segunda del Círculo de Santa Marta y los presentes estatutos.
