Adiciónese El Artículo 21b Al Capítulo Ii Del Título I Del Decreto 1091 De 1995, El Cual Quedará Así: Artículo 21b

°. Adiciónese el artículo 21B al Capítulo II del Título I del Decreto 1091 de 1995, el cual quedará así: Artículo 21B. Disminución de la bonificación para la asistencia familiar . Disminuye por razón de los hijos, así

Por muerte.

Por matrimonio o constitución de la unión marital.

Por independencia económica.

Por haber llegado a la edad de dieciocho (18) años.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de lo contemplado en el literal d) los hijos estudiantes hasta la edad de veinticuatro (24) años o los hijos inválidos, cuando dependan económicamente del integrante del Nivel Ejecutivo y mientras subsistan las condiciones de invalidez.
