CAUSAL DE MALA CONDUCTA. Incurrirán en causal de mala conducta

a)

El Ordenador del Gasto y el Jefe de Personal de la entidad que certifiquen o tramiten novedades de personal, excediendo el valor límite establecido en el presente Decreto;

b)

El Jefe Delegado de Presupuesto que certifique cuantía diferente al valor real de los Servicios Personales o mediante su firma autorice exceder el monto límite, sin la autorización previa del Comité de Control del Gasto Público por Servicios Personales, y

c)

El Auditor Fiscal que refrende los actos administrativos mediante cuales se quebrante lo preceptuado en el presente Decreto.
