El edificio a que se refiere la presente Ley será construido en el lote que para tal fin suministre el Departamento del Valle del Cauca, en obedecimiento a lo dispuesto por la Ordenanza número 19, de noviembre 24 de 1962, aprobada por la honorable Asamblea de dicho Departamento.
