Cotejo de documentos . La parte contra quien se aduzca copia de un documento, podrá solicitar su cotejo con el original, o a falta de éste con una copia auténtica expedida con anterioridad a aquella. El cotejo se efectuará mediante inspección judicial, dentro de la oportunidad para practicar pruebas.
