Para integrar la Junta a que se refiere el parágrafo del artículo 2
La Junta designará a uno de sus miembros para desempeñar las funciones de Secretario Tesoreros quien quedará encargado de manejar los, fondos que señala dicha Ley, y de rendir las cuentas correspondientes a la Corte del ramo, de acuerdo con las disposiciones sobre la materia.
