Las cuentas relativas a la inversión de fondos del camino de Santa Rosa serán rendidas mensualmente a la Corte de Cuentas, de conformidad con el artículo 214 de la Ley 61 de 1905 , por el Tesoro Pagador, aprobadas por el Ingeniero y por el Gobernador del Cauca.
