º El Veedor del Tesoro, ejercerá directamente las siguientes funciones: 1º Rendir, al final de cada año, un informe sobre su gestión al Presidente de la República. 2º Nombrar y remover, libremente, al personal necesario para el cumplimiento de sus funciones. 3º Las demás que la ley o el reglamento le señale.
