Aceptada la cesión por parte del Municipio se le expedirá el titulo respectivo, pero esta entidad (el Municipio) no podrá exigir la entrega material del edificio, sino cuando esté en estado habitable la nueva construcción, si el edificio cedido estuviere ocupado por tropas nacionales, y por tiempo no mayor de seis meses, contados desde la fecha de la' negociación.
