º . Naturaleza jurídica. Transfórmase la Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica, Corelca, Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado del orden nacional, reestructurada por el Decreto 2121 de 1992, en una empresa de servicios públicos oficial, cuyo funcionamiento y organización se rige, además de las Leyes 142 y 143 de 1994 y normas legales pertinentes, por los estatutos sociales de la entidad.

Parágrafo 1

Para todos los efectos, la empresa cuya estructura es modificada por el presente decreto, utilizará la denominación Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica S.A. E.S.P. - Corelca S.A. E.S.P.
