Sistema de Cualificación Laboral Indígena Especial de los Dinamizadores Pedagógicos o Educadores Indígenas. Es el sistema a través del cual, se ingresa y se valora la cualificación académica, cualificación cultural y comunitaria y la experiencia educativa para el desarrollo de las capacidades y habilidades que tienen y adquieren los Dinamizadores Pedagógicos o Educadores Indígenas, para el buen desempeño de sus labores, cuyo resultado les permite movilizarse y gozar de sus derechos laborales.
