ARTICULO 110. Oscilación de asignaciones de retiro y pensiones. Las asignaciones de retiro y pensiones de que trata el presente Decreto, se liquidarán tomando en cuenta las variaciones que en todo tiempo se introduzcan en las asignaciones de actividad para un Agente y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 100 de este Estatuto; en ningún caso aquéllas serán inferiores al salario mínimo legal. Los Agentes o beneficiarios no podrán acogerse a normas que regulen ajustes prestacionales en otros sectores de la Administración Pública, a menos que así lo disponga expresamente la Ley.
