Si durante la discusión del proyecto de sentencia, la Sala estimare conveniente aclarar puntos de hecho, podrá citar a las partes para ser oídas en audiencia, quienes depondrán sobre lo que única y exclusivamente determinen los magistrados en su interrogatorio o disponer que aquellas rindan informes y alleguen la documentación que tengan en su poder y se estime necesaria para los referidos fines.
