El Consejo consultivo de transporte a que se refiere el inciso 2º del artículo 5º de la Ley 105 de 1993 , también será integrado por un delegado del Transporte Aéreo y por un delegado del Transporte Marítimo.

El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará la forma de designación de los delegados que conforman el Consejo mencionado y propenderá para que en dicha designación estén representadas las distintas regiones del país.
