Registro de licencias. Para la inscripción a que se refiere el artículo 39 de la Decisión 313 los contratos de licencia para la explotación de patentes deberán presentarse ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, con copia debidamente autenticada, junto con los requisitos establecidos en el artículo anterior que resulten pertinentes. Lo anterior sin perjuicio del registro del Incomex a que aluden los artículos 39 y 40 la Decisión 313, en lo referente a licencias sobre transferencia de tecnología.
