Art. 1.° Abrese al Presupuesto nacional de Gastos, para la vigencia de 1880 á 1881 el siguiente crédito suplemental: Departamento de Fomento. Capítulo 81. Gastos varios. Articulo 321.

Parágrafo 7

° Para los pagos que se hagan á los Estados de Bolívar y el Magdalena con el producto del derecho de internacion de sal marina (aproximacion) $ 24,638-40 cs.
