del artículo 8° del Decreto 129 de 1977, quedará así: "
La Dirección General de Aduanas podrá, mediante resolución, autorizar transitoriamente y previo concepto favorable de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional y de la Gerencia General de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, la utilización de algunos de los medios y vías a que se refiere el presente artículo.
