º El Personal Carcelario y Penitenciario a que se refiere el Presente Decreto tendrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago del incremento de salario por antigüedad, del subsidio de alimentación, del auxilio de transporte, de la bonificación por servicios prestados y de viáticos en la cuantía y condiciones señaladas en las disposiciones vigentes que regulan el sistema general de salarios para los empleados de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público en lo Nacional.
