Cuando los que sean citados al Despacho para la práctica de alguna diligencia no concurran sin causa justa, podrán ser conminados con multa hasta de $ 20, que se hará efectiva en caso de segunda desobediencia, sin perjuicio de hacerlos concurrir por medio de la Policía.
