Para el registro y control de las operaciones que se realicen en cada instituto docente, con los recursos del Fondo de Fomento de Servicios Docentes, en ellos se llevarán los correspondientes libros de contabilidad, en los cuales se anotará en forma permanente el motivo del movimiento contable, con base en los comprobantes y documentos que se produzcan.
