Art. 12. Serán reconocidos por el Gobierno, para el efecto de cursar en las Facultades superiores, los estudios de Filosofía y Letras hechos en Colegios particulares, cuando, a juicio de aquél, tengan profesorado reconocidamente idóneo y desarrollo de estudios satisfactorios.
