Remisión . Los procedimientos para la enajenación de bienes no regulados por el presente Decreto se regirán por las normas señaladas en el Código Civil y en el Código de Comercio. Igualmente, se aplicarán las mismas normas para los contratos de arrendamiento, administración, fiducia y compraventa.
