º El artículo 5º de la Ley 47 de 1926, quedará así: "Expirado el término de que trata el artículo 4º de la Ley 47 de 1926, el funcionario respectivo decretará la adjudicación provisional, si no hubiere causa legal que la impidiere, y una vez notificada la providencia al interesado, remitirá el expediente al Ministerio de la Economía Nacional para su estudio."
