Para los efectos de la presente Ley se considerarán ejecuciones públicas las que se realicen en teatros, cines, salas de concierto o baile, bares, clubes de cualquier naturaleza, estadios, circos, restaurantes, hoteles, establecimientos comerciales, bancarios e industriales y en fin donde quiera que se interpreten o ejecuten obras musicales, o se transmitan por radio y televisión, sea con la participación de artistas, sea por procesos mecánicos, electrónicos, sonoros o audiovisuales.
