Obligación de comparecer. Salvo las excepciones legales, toda persona citada tiene la obligación de comparecer ante el funcionario. En caso de desobediencia, el funcionario ordenará a la Policía la conducción del renuente para realizar el acto procesal y le impondrá, si no jus tifica su incumplimiento, arresto inconmutable hasta por diez dí as.
