Articulo 154 . Para fijar el precio mínimo de la enajenación se tendrán en cuenta los factores de costo determinados en el artículo 156 del presente Decreto, incluyendo el costo del área de la zona remodelada que ha de quedar permanentemente incorporada al uso público y las plusvalías generadas, por ellos. En todo caso el precio mínimo deberá garantizar la recuperación completa del costo de la obra.
