Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha en que se profiera la providencia de ejecutoria de alcances deducidos contra empleados responsables de manejo, la Contraloría General de la República enviará al Juzgado Nacional de Ejecuciones Fiscales los documentos que constituyen el respectivo título ejecutivo, de acuerdo con lo prescrito en el artículo 3º de la Ley 58 de 1946.
