Los Oficiales inscritos en el Escalafón Complementario conservarán todas las prerrogativas jerárquicas y las obligaciones correspondientes a su grado y antigüedad. Las prestaciones sociales a que haya lugar se les liquidarán con base en las asignaciones que devenguen en el momento en que aquellas se causen, teniendo en cuenta lo preceptuado para los Oficiales del Escalafón Regular.
