Artículo tercero . Para percibir estas sumas, las instituciones favorecidas deberán presentar las cuentas de cobro correspondientes, debidamente visadas por el Jefe del Departamento de Asistencia Pública y Previsión Social, quien para llenar esta formalidad comprobará que de acuerdo por el cual se adicionó el presupuesto de gastos de la entidad, fue debidamente aprobada y remitirán copias a la Dirección del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
