º Para los efectos del artículo anterior, el propietario o propietarios del inmueble o inmuebles construidos o por construirse, que pretendan ser sometidos al régimen de propiedad horizontal, deberán tramitar la expedición de la licencia de construcción o reforma, adjuntando los requisitos exigidos en el artículo siguiente.
